As of 1/5/26, my updated commission sheets are listed below. These are subject to change at any point. All prices are in USD.

By commissioning me for artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

✧ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
✧ Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
✧ Depending on the type of commission, the terms outlined may slightly vary. Please read carefully.
✧ I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
✧ Reposting and sharing the artwork is okay, but please give credit to my @ on whatever platform you post it on. If it's on a platform that I am not on, please still @ me and specify what social media of mine you are crediting. Some of my social medias have small differences in underscores and periods, so this distinction helps others to find my account.
✧ Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps to guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
✧ I reserve the right to watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email), but my watermark will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the artwork.
✧ If you wish for your request to be private, or that you do not want your commission to be posted on my socials or portfolio, it must be stated during the ordering process.

lI. PAYMENT & FEES

✧ Listed prices are the base price. The price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
✧ Extra fees may be added for any reason. These reasons include but are not limited to: Backgrounds, complicated designs, additional characters, extra revisions, and specific deadlines.
✧ Extra characters will be half of the total price added on. For example, if you are ordering a $20 full-body, an extra character will be an extra $10, making your total $30.
✧ Half of the total payment is due up front. You may also pay in full up front, but half is the default. The final product will only be delivered once I have received the final payment.
✧ The second half of the payment will be paid after the product is done.
✧ Payment is done either through Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Ko-Fi using an invoice / request will be sent by me. All payments must be USD.
✧ If you're paying the half up front, you must pay the other half using whatever payment method you used for the first half.
✧ All payments are final. I will not issue refunds for any reason.
✧ Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission with no refund.
✧ Non-visual references or incomplete references (A headshot of a character who you want a full-body of, non-colored, etc) will either have at minimum extra fees, if not declined.
✧ If you wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront. The total price will be at minimum, twice as much as the original price. This is simply a minimum, and that price can go up as I see fit.
✧ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have asked for payment.
✧ If payment is not made in a timely manner (48hr) after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
✧ You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

llI. ORDERING, PROCESS, & WORK SCHEDULE

✧ To request a commission, contact me via Discord or a social media of mine, or formally request a commission via Ko-Fi or Artistree.
✧ Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, so as to make the request clear to read.
✧ You will then get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your commission request and payment amount.
✧ I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. You are allowed two (2) free sketch revisions. After this, there will be an extra $5 dollar fee per revision. For digital art only, you are also allowed one minor revision on the line-art stage. The same $5 fee applies for more than one revision, or if the line-art revision is major. For traditional art, please go to the traditional art section below.
✧ Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
✧ It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.
✧ I will send WIPs throughout the commission process. These WIPs will be watermarked.
✧ The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
✧ Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will have additional fees. Please give me at most two (2) months max to complete the commission. I value quality and detail, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates. I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final phases.
✧ You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission, however, there will be a fee for a specific deadline. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
✧ You are allowed to ask about the progress on the commission at any point.
✧ No harassment over my work speed or process will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed. If there is excessive harassment, I have the right to cancel your commission with no refund.
✧ I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given prior to amend it.
✧ I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get busy and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

lV. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

✧ Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures, banners, or etc, but may not be used for any kind of profit.
✧ I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. Using my art for NFT or Crypto purposes is also prohibited. I am allowed to post the commission on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio unless requested otherwise.
✧ Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise as I see fit.
✧ You may not claim my work as your own.
✧ You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
✧ You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
✧ I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
✧ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
✧ You must credit and tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
✧ Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
✧ With your commission, you are allowed to: Print the work for personal use, crop or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, etc., post the artwork on social media (With credit to me clearly visible).
✧ With your commission, you are not allowed to: Claim the artwork as yours, remove my watermark, paint over or alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above, color in my sketches or line-art, use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI, reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

V. CUSTOM & AUCTIONED DESIGNS

✧ Custom designs are fully paid up front before I start. Unlike the regular commissions, you cannot pay half up front.
✧ When requesting a custom design, you may provide as much or as little you'd like. However, I still have creative liberties to add whatever I would like to a design.
✧ I can decline a design for any reason, such as being provided too specific of a description.
✧ You may provide anything as inspiration for me to go off, such as a topic, outfit, animal, color palette, mood board, etc.
✧ A custom consists of a flat-colored full body custom design with the colors provided clearly off to the side of the character.
✧ For custom designs, you may not use or claim the design until the full amount is paid.
✧ When auctioning for a character, you may not retract your bid if you win.
✧ For auctioned designs, you may not use or claim the design until you have contacted me and paid your bid amount in full.
✧ For custom designs and auctioned designs, I do not need credit for the design. The only time credit would be needed is if you publicly use the art I made of the design to show off the character, to which I would need direct credit. However, after you have paid for the design, it is yours and I do not need credit for the design itself.

VI. TRADITIONAL ART DISCLAIMERS

✧ For traditional art, I am unable to do complex backgrounds (Simple backgrounds or effects are fine but still may be subject to a background fee), very complicated designs, and certain revisions past the sketch stage.
✧ I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. You are allowed two (2) free sketch revisions. After this, there will be an extra $5 dollar fee per revision. You will not be allowed a line-art revision due to the commission being on paper.
✧ Additionally, there will be no color revisions. I will try my best to accurately match the colors I have to the colors of the character provided, but do understand they may not be exact with certain colors.
✧ I use a mix of acrylic and alcoholic markers to color. It is up to you to request a specific style or type of marker to use, but each will have its limits of colors. I usually go between both types of markers depending on what colors I need; However, my default is alcoholic markers.
✧ Although the piece is traditional, it will not be mailed.
✧ There will be no refund or any additional compensation for any small flaws (Slight coloring outside the lines, small line-art mistakes, etc). If there are any major mistakes, I will redo the commission if necessary. Major mistakes are up to my judgement.

VIl. FINAL PRODUCT

✧ You must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
✧ You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and .jpegs for social media posting. All will be watermarked. No physical product will be delivered.

By commissioning me, you have properly read, understand, and agree to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
